This webinar is offered in partnership with the Iowa Nonprofit Alliance.

Switches aimlessly from thought to thought. Overthinks and procrastinates. Easily distracted. Seeks short-term gratification. Speaks in self-defeating language. Compares self to others. Complains and criticizes.

Do any of these behaviors sound relatable to you? When left untamed, your thoughts can get out of control – running all over the place like monkeys gone wild – causing unhealthy reactions and responses. Taming the monkey mind takes skill, practice, and patience to shift from mind full to mindful.

Like any skill, mindfulness can be learned, and the results positively impact all aspects of your life. Studies show that mindfulness is linked to better mental health, heightened self-awareness, less stress, improved relationships, greater work-life balance, and more.

This interactive workshop will blend guided exercises, group discussions, and gentle movement to equip you with practical tools to cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life—at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
