Do you ever hesitate, unsure of how to frame your message or respond to others’ reactions? 

Feedback is a cornerstone of effective leadership, yet delivering and receiving it can often feel challenging.

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

  • Explore the Four I's framework to plan and deliver impactful feedback.
  • Build confidence by practicing real-world feedback scenarios.
  • Gain actionable strategies for effectively receiving and acting on feedback.
Intended Audience

This workshop is designed for managers, supervisors, and anyone who oversees staff or volunteers—or simply wants to strengthen their feedback skills.

    • This webinar will be recorded and available to all registered participants for 30 days after the event. Participants who are unable to attend live will still have access to all materials.
    • This MANP-hosted webinar will be hosted in Zoom Meeting and we ask participants turn off their cameras and mute themselves when joining.

    About the Presenter

    Amanda Silver is a leadership and organizational development consultant, trainer, and coach with over 23 years of experience in developing the effectiveness of leaders and organizations. Through leadership training, organizational development, facilitation, and coaching, she is passionate about creating the conditions that allow individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive. Her unique approach draws on expertise in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, inclusive culture, and strength-based mindsets.

    Amanda has worked with hundreds of leaders and organizations throughout the country. Clients include higher education institutions, philanthropic institutions, public school districts, social service agencies, advocacy organizations, faith-based institutions, and mission-driven businesses. As Senior Training Consultant at Dartmouth College, Amanda created Dartmouth LEADS, a 9-month professional development program for high-performance managers, and supported institution-wide strategic planning for the Provost’s Office and the Division of Campus Services. Amanda is also the founder of the Women’s Leadership Incubator, a 3-month group coaching program for high-performing women in leadership.

    Amanda is a frequent presenter for Common Good Vermont and the New Hampshire Network for Nonprofits. She is the core trainer for JPro’s Lead with Impact Management Fundamentals Course. She holds an M.S. in Positive Organizational Development and a Certificate in Coaching for Emotional Intelligence from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is a graduate of the Consultant Master Class with the Social Transformation Project; a graduate of the Non-Profit Institute’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Consultant Training and the Racial Justice from the Heart Programs; and a Development Dimensions International Certified Facilitator. Amanda lives in Hanover, NH with her husband and children, and enjoys salsa dancing, yoga, and diving into a good book.
