Virtual Events

In order to receive a full refund for a MANP virtual event, requests must be emailed to Learn@NonprofitMaine.org at least five business days prior to the scheduled event.

If a notice of less than five business days is given, a refund may be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.

Substitutes for registered attendees are always welcome.

If MANP cancels a session for which you have paid, you will be refunded.

For any individual in-person or virtual event, this policy is subject to change based on MANP and/or presenter timelines and needs. Deviations from this policy will be communicated to attendees during registration and along with registration confirmation communications.

In the Case of Inclement Weather

MANP will make decisions one day prior for in-person events when inclement weather is anticipated. Participants will be notified by email. If we do not cancel an event and you are uncomfortable making the drive, you may notify us by email at Learn@NonprofitMaine.org and a refund will be issued.
