Deborah Bicknell is a professional facilitator, trainer, and program designer who has worked with and for local, national and international organizations for over twenty-two years. She specializes in organizational change, experiential learning, conflict resolution, leadership development, youth empowerment, and facilitation. Deborah often works with individuals, groups and organizations that are cultivating new projects and ideas to help them clarify their vision, values and implementation plans. She has a deep commitment to and experience in helping groups explore multiculturalism and equity.
