My name is Tim Blair and I serve as a project manager, team builder, facilitator, technical advisor, vendor liaison, and all-around problem solver. My work focuses on helping organizations navigate the more challenging aspects of constituent relationship management systems (CRMs), donor databases, and grantmaking systems. My clients rely on me to identify and communicate their needs, to evaluate and select the best approach for meeting those needs, and to work alongside staff and vendors to get their projects successfully completed. When necessary, I bring in other like-minded consultants with nonprofit experience.
