Assessment Options

• Individual: One staff or board member assesses his or her organization’s management practices.
  
  
• Composite: Multiple staff and/or board members assess their organization’s management practices and their scores are combined in an aggregate score.

What happens after I complete the assessment?

• Individual: Results are emailed to the assessor within one week. Results include a summary, section averages, and section details.
  
  
• Composite: Once everyone in the group has completed individual assessments and received individual results via email, the composite results are emailed to the group’s point person. The composite results include group averages and side-by-side display of individual responses for comparison purposes.
